Today, we all are glowing
with double enthusiasm. Can you tell why?
Yes, As we all have gathered
to celebrate our national festival, Republic Day.
No, not really. This year
it is a double bonanza as this year Republic Day is being hailed as diamond
jubilee of our Republic Day and we are celebrating 75 years of India becoming a
Republic nation.
Wow, that’s indeed a
great accolade and a proud moment for all the Indians.
I invite all to join this
nationwide celebration.
Let’s begin the
celebration with flag hoisting followed by the national anthem.
I request the Chief
Guest, honourable …………. and the Principal/Director ……………….. to unfurl the
tricolour. I also request everyone to stand in attention for the national
anthem.

"Shaheedon ki chitaon pe
lagenge har baras mele
Watan pe marnewalon ke
yahi vaki nishan hoga"
No celebration of our
country can commence without paying tribute to our freedom fighters who shed
their blood like sweat so that we can witness the dawn of freedom and breathe
in the breeze of free country.
Indeed, our freedom
fighters and martyrs shall always be remembered with pride and celebrated with
jubilation.
At the very outset, let
us all pray to the Almighty for the unity, solidarity, progress and prosperity
of our nation and all the Indians.
I request ………….. to lead

Prayer
Now, I would like to
request our honourable Chief Guest to enlighten us on this auspicious occasion.
Address by the Chief Guest
Thank you sir for sharing
your valuable thoughts.
India that is Bharat is known
for its spirit of assimilating foreign influences and welcoming new customs and
traditions, and thus becoming a panorama of varied cultures. The glimpse of
India’s true spirit that is unity in diversity will be a treat to watch.
Unparalleled is the
enthusiasm, the charm and the excitement of the young kids in displaying their
love for the nation.
As they dress up in
traditional outfits and colourful costumes, they depict rich culture and
heritage, traditional variety and unique diversity of India.
Now, let’s witness
innocent kids brimming with immense enthusiasm presenting a cute dance
performance displaying the dances of various regions of India. Let’s have a
quick glance of India’s Unity in Diversity.
Cultural Dance
The republic day is
marked by joyous celebration across the country. It is the euphoric celebration
among people irrespective of their religion, caste and ideology. For kids it is
a fun filled day as they dress up in tricolour outfits.
But, as they dress up in
the attire and appearance of great Indian leaders they depict the valour of Rani
Lakshmi Bai, Sukhdev, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Subhash Chandra Bose and salute
the ideals of Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Mahatma Gandhi, Rabindra Nath Tagore and other
unsung heroes paying homage to their efforts to make India a glorious nation. Let's
rejoice this moment and give tribute to the great leaders and the builders of
our nation. Let’s welcome the kids with all the gusto.
Fancy Dress Show
This is incredibly
commendable. These children truly deserve a huge round of applause.
"Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high
Where knowledge is free .................. Into such heaven of freedom
My God, let my country awake."
True to the vision of Rabindra Nath Tagore we are celebrating this Republic day to commemorate 75 years of progressive Republic India
and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements, vision and
ambition.
Today, we hail
progressive India's socio-cultural, political and economic identity, empowered
by the spirit of Atmanirbhar Bharat.
Our friend ……………….. is
here with us to speak his/her heart out on this Republic day and its
significance essaying our role in making India a progressive country, let’s
welcome him/her.
Speech
Republic day is such a
big moment for all the Indians, a moment of pride and a moment of glory.
Today is the day wherein
we take a trip down the memory lane of our golden heritage when the
constitution of India came into force on this day in 1950. Here we have coming
up next, a street play that will enrich us about the significance of this day
and remind us of our fundamental rights and duties.
Street Play
It was awesome! This
performance needs great cheers.
True, I didn’t know so
much about our rights and duties.
Let’s honour our constitution in hearts!
Let’s salute its makers!
Let’s be aware of our
rights!
Let’s be sincere to perform
our duties!
Let’s be a responsible
citizen!
Let’s be a true Indian!
As we move towards the close of the programme, I request respected Principal/Director to guide us all through his/her visionary thoughts.
Address by Principal/Director
Thank you sir/ma’am
"Jahan dal dal pe sone ki chidiyan karti hain basera.
Woh Bharat desh hai mera,
who Bharat desh hai mera."
I’m pretty sure you all
wanna sing with me.
So, let’s give a musical
tribute to the nation, our martyrs, nation builders and all the proud Indians
through a medley of patriotic songs.
Medley - Patriotic Songs
With this vibrant and
melodious performance we have come to the close of this celebration.
"India is the cradle of human race, the birth place of human civilisation, the mother of history, the grandmother of legends and the great grandmother of tradition."
Let’s join in
the celebration with all our emotions, reverence and pride.
On the occasion of 75th
Republic day let us celebrate our rights, perform our duties sincerely and
follow the constitution of free India with pride and honour.
We wish everyone a very Happy Republic Day.
Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!
